8FUN nylon/plastic gears for Bafang bldc hub motors, such as BPM, CST, BPM2, SWXK, SWXH, SWXK5, SWXU etc. Each motor needs 3pcs nylon gears.

Dimensions for the gears:

42T gear: 12mm inner diameter, 55mm outer diameter and 12mm thickness(for H610, RM G070, BPM or CST bafang motors), this gear is out of stock, if you need the 42T nylon gear, please order the complete BPM/CST/RM G070 planetary gear set on our website.

36T gear: 8mm inner diameter, 38mm outer diameter and 11mm thickness(for RM G010, SWXH, SWXK2, SWXK5, SWXK bafang motors etc)

28T gear: 8mm inner diameter, 37mm outer diameter and 10mm thickness(for SWXB or old version SWXK 8fun motor).

Bafang SWXK motor which produced a few years ago may use the 28Tnylon gears, please double check your original nylon gears before placing the order.

Bafang hub motor clutches for 8FUN BPM,CST, RM G07 /H610 /H620 etc motors. The clutch is with 42T nylon gears.

The clutch has two versions, the old version has 4 key slots and the new version has only one key slot, please check your own motor clutch before making the order. By the way, the new clutch can be used for both BPM motors or Bafang CST motors(produced after 2014).

The clutch includes gears. 

We stopped selling the old version BPM/CST/RM G070 motor clutch because according to a few customer's feedback, the old version clutch cannot fit their BPM/CST/H610/H620 hub motor.

We are currently selling 3 types of Bafang hub motor clutches. The difference for the three types clutch: BPM/CST/H610 clutch uses 42T nylon gear; SWXK/SWXH/RM G010 clutch uses small 36T nylon gear(we have this nylon gear available on our website); SWX02 clutch uses bigger 36T nylon gear(48mm in diameter, 14mm in thickness; we don't have this big 36T nylon gear available currently). The only difference for the two SWX02/RMG 06 fatbike motor clutches is the inner bearing of the nylon gear, theoretically, the two clutches are compatible with each other.

Some Bafang motors share the same motor clutch, therefore if you don't know what Bafang model your motor is, you can measure the dimension of your original clutch, if it is the same dimension as ours, then you can order it for your motor.

All our motor clutches are sourced directly from Bafang.

Bafang RM G06 Fatbike threaded freewheel motor cover for replacement.

8FUN SWX02-D RM G020 threaded freewheel motor cover for repair.

The motor cover for RM G06 and RM G020 are almost the same, only the fatbike inner freewheel is 2mm higher than RM G020 motor cover.

Bafang fatbike/snowbike RM G06 motor cover with cassette base for replacement.  This motor cover is used for Bafang fatbike RM G06 cassette motor, please note. The cassette base is included with the motor cover.  We have illustrate the dimension for the motor cover, it would be better for you to check the dimension before ordering the fatbike motor cover.

Bafang SWX02 / RM G020 / RM G060 /RM G062 fatbike/ snow bike motor clutch for replacement, the motor clutch includes 3 nylon gears. The nylon gear is 36 teeth, 48mm in diameter, 11mm in thickness.

There are two model clutches for the SWX02 and RM G06 motor. The only difference for the two SWX02/RMG 06 fatbike motor clutches is the inner bearing of the nylon gear, theoretically, the two clutches are compatible with each other.

Some Bafang motors would share the same motor clutch, therefore if you don't know what Bafang model your motor is, you can measure the dimension of your original clutch, if it is the same dimension of ours, then you can order it for your motor. If the RM G06 clutch is not suitable for your motor, you can check the Bafang SWXK motor cluch or BPM motor clutch.

Fatbike motor cable for Bafang 750W RM G06 snow bike hub motor.

The female cable length is 80cm, the phase wire adapts Φ5 BBS bullet connector which can bear larger current.

The extension cable length is 110cm.

Bafang hub motor clutches for RM G010, SWXK, SWXH, SWXK5, SWXB, SWXP, SWX01 etc. motors with 36T nylon gears;

For some of the hub motors, Bafang may use the same motor clutches.

The 36T nylon gear is 38mm in diameter, 11mm or 12mm in thickness(they are compatible). We will ship them randomly. If you need specifically 11mm thickness or 12mm thickness nylon gears with the clutch, please email us after placing the order. Please check your original clutch before ordering.

All the clutches are originally sourced from Bafang.
