We now only have nylon gear for new version, please be noted. Reduction nylon gear for BBSHD is also available.

Bafang bbs kit 36V 250W/350W/500W kit and 36V Hailong 01 casing down tube battery; 42V alloy charger for option. You can choose C961, DPC18 or C965 LCD display for the kit. Bafang has upgraded bbs kits to be BBS01B and BBS02B; the new models are better in waterproofing. The assembling tools are included: one M33 spanner and Allen key set free of charge.

Bafang BBS02B 48V750W, 48V500W with the newest controller and 48V tiger shark frame battery DS-6.  If you want to ride a long distance per charge, the 48V17.25AH battery can provide you a long journey. If you want the bike to be more powerful, you can consider 52V13.8AH battery. The battery has a 5V USB output and you can use it as a powerbank when you need. Alluminum alloy charger for your choice. We have different frame batteries, please check carefully before ordering. The case model for this battery is DS-6. Free BBS assembling tools will be provided with shipment.

Note: 1. The charging voltage for standard GBK standard 48V battery is 54.6V; If you want fast charging, you can consider larger charging current; the charging connector for the battery is round 5.5x2.1DC connector as default. If you want round 5.5x2.5DC connector, please inform us.

Bafang BBS01, BBS02, BBS03/BBSHD kit spare part: BBS PAS circuit with connector for replacement. It can plug into the BBS controller directly. If your kit cannot work with padel, but it can work with throttle, you can consider to replace the PAS circuit.   To remove or install the PAS magnet, you may need a special plier and you can order the tool on our website too.

Bafang bbs01 36V 350W kit, or 36V 500W BBS02B with 36V Hailong 02 battery; 120W/180W/240W Alluminum alloy charger for option. This ebike battery has ON/OFF switch and USB output for mobile charging; You can choose C961, 500C, SW102, DPC18 or C965 LCD display for the kit. Battery fixing plate is also included.  Bafang has upgraded bbs kits to be BBS01B and BBS02B; all of our bbs kits is the newest version; the new models are better in waterproofing. Installation spanner will be included for free. This new style battery can be built 36V21AH which means you can get longer distance per charge.

The charging connector for the battery need to be XLR(Kanong) connector, GBK install the XLR female connector with pin1 positive, pin2 negative and pin3 no use as default. If you order the charger from elsewhere, please make sure the anode and cathode are correct before connect the charger to the battery.  The charging voltage for the battery is 42V, max charging current no more than 10A, otherwise it will hurt the battery. We recommend the charging current less than 5A.

Bafang BBSHD rotor for replace.

Bafang recently upgraded BBSHD rotors and stator. The new version rotor is more durable, but it is not compatible with old version stator housing. Bafang recommends to replace the motor core(rotor+stator) if your old version is broken and nowhere to find the old version rotor. If you also need the BBSHD stator, please order on our website.

Bafang no longer stock old version rotor; the bbshd rotor we have currently is new version; if your rotor is old version, we recommend you to add the stator as well.

How to identify your rotor is old version or new version, please refer to the picture illustration on our website. 

If your BBSHD motor is ordered before April, 2019, then it would be with the old version BBSHD rotor because Bafang upgraded the rotor in April 2019.
