$568.00Bafang BBS 36V kit with Hailong battery(Hailong 02)
Bafang bbs01 36V 250W, 350W kit, or 36V 500W BBS02B with 36V Hailong 02 battery; 120W/180W/240W Alluminum alloy charger for option. This ebike battery has ON/OFF switch and USB output for mobile charging; You can choose C961, 500C, SW102, DPC18 or C965 LCD display for the kit. Battery fixing plate is also included. Bafang has upgraded bbs kits to be BBS01B and BBS02B; all of our bbs kits is the newest version; the new models are better in waterproofing. Installation spanner will be included for free. This new style battery can be built 36V21AH which means you can get longer distance per charge.
The charging connector for the battery need to be XLR(Kanong) connector, GBK install the XLR female connector with pin1 positive, pin2 negative and pin3 no use as default. If you order the charger from elsewhere, please make sure the anode and cathode are correct before connect the charger to the battery. The charging voltage for the battery is 42V, max charging current no more than 10A, otherwise it will hurt the battery. We recommend the charging current less than 5A.

Bafang BBSHD rotor for replacement
Bafang BBSHD rotor for replace.
Bafang recently upgraded BBSHD rotors and stator. The new version rotor is more durable, but it is not compatible with old version stator housing. Bafang recommends to replace the motor core(rotor+stator) if your old version is broken and nowhere to find the old version rotor. If you also need the BBSHD stator, please order on our website.
Bafang no longer stock old version rotor; the bbshd rotor we have currently is new version; if your rotor is old version, we recommend you to add the stator as well.
How to identify your rotor is old version or new version, please refer to the picture illustration on our website.
If your BBSHD motor is ordered before April, 2019, then it would be with the old version BBSHD rotor because Bafang upgraded the rotor in April 2019.
Replacing BBSHD rotor is similar with BBS01/02 rotor. -

Bafang BBS02B 48V 750W, 48V 500W with the newest controller(leads for shift sensor and 6V headlight direclty from the controller are available with our bbs kits) and 48V new polly Jumbo shark frame battery; the larger capacity the battery has, the longer distance the ebike can ride each charge, also 52V battery would enable the ebike to be more powerful then 48V battery.
Alluminum alloy charger 2A, 3A or 4A for your choice(larger current enables faster charging for the battery). We have different frame batteries, please check carefully before ordering. Free BBS assembling tools will be provided with shipment.
Note: 1. Our charging connector for the battery is round 5.5x2.1DC connector for charging current is less than 4A; and we use 5.5x2.5DC connector if charging current is 4A or larger.
2. If you prefer to charge the battery to 90% for daily usage, please inform us and we will set for you.
3. There are three casings for this battery, the mountings, the discharging prot and charging port are the same, only the height is different. Please pay attension to the dimension before ordering. The dimensions for the casings are 368 X 90 X 96mm(maximum 52pcs cells), 368 x 90 x 113mm(maximum 70pcs cells), and 368 x 90 x 140mm(maximum 91pcs cells).
