Installation spanner will be included for free. This new style battery can be built 36V21AH which means you can get longer distance per charge.

The charging connector for the battery need to be XLR(Kanong) connector, GBK install the XLR female connector with pin1 positive, pin2 negative and pin3 no use as default. If you order the charger from elsewhere, please make sure the anode and cathode are correct before connect the charger to the battery.  The charging voltage for the battery is 42V, max charging current no more than 10A, otherwise it will hurt the battery. We recommend the charging current less than 5A.

Bafang BBS01/BBS02 finger freewheel/ pedal freewheel/pawl clutch for replacement.

If your Bafang BBS works normally by throttle, but bike pedals do not work and spin around freely, the pawl clutch of the bbs may be blown, and replacing the freewheel may solve the BBS problem.  The BBSHD pedal freewheel is different with BBS01/BBS02B pedal freewheel.

8FUN/Bafang BBS01B/BBS02B core, stator or rotor for replacement. The bbs core includes a stator and a rotor. The price is only for stator, if you need the complate core, please add the rotor when placing the order. If you need BBSHD stator/windings, please order separately.

Bafang BBSHD larger steel redunction gear with cover for replacement. The gear cover for Bafang BBS HD is steel cover, not 7H plastic cover, please note.

Bafang BBSHD rotor for replace.

Bafang recently upgraded BBSHD rotors and stator. The new version rotor is more durable, but it is not compatible with old version stator housing. Bafang recommends to replace the motor core(rotor+stator) if your old version is broken and nowhere to find the old version rotor. If you also need the BBSHD stator, please order on our website.

Bafang no longer stock old version rotor; the bbshd rotor we have currently is new version; if your rotor is old version, we recommend you to add the stator as well.

How to identify your rotor is old version or new version, please refer to the picture illustration on our website. 

If your BBSHD motor is ordered before April, 2019, then it would be with the old version BBSHD rotor because Bafang upgraded the rotor in April 2019.

The case for 21700 cell is with 4 pin discharging connector while cases for 18650 cells is with 5 pin discharging connector.

8FUN BBS02B 48V750W, 48V500W with the latest controller and 48V14.5AH Hailong-02 are good combinations for long distance riding ebikes. The 48V17.25AH enables you to ride a longer jouney per charge; The 52V13.8AH battery makes your bike to be more powerful. The battery has a 5V USB  port and you can use it as a powerbank when you need. Alluminum alloy charger 120W 2A /180W 3A / 240W 4A charger for your option. We have different frame batteries, please check carefully before ordering. The case model for this battery is Hailong-02. Free BBS01/02 assembling tools will be provided with shipment.

We have different frame batteries, please check carefully before ordering. The case model for this battery is DS-6. Free BBS assembling tools will be provided with shipment.

Note: 1. The charging voltage for standard GBK standard 48V battery is 54.6V; If you want fast charging, you can consider larger charging current; the charging connector for the battery is round 5.5x2.1DC connector as default. If you want round 5.5x2.5DC connector, please inform us.

Bafang BBS01B/BBS02B mid axle assembly/ large steel reduction gear, 8fun mid crank motor kit steel redunction gear set for replacement. The magnet disc held by a circlip is included with the gear set. The axle(68mm) is also included. It would be better to coat some grease when replacing the clutch. We will provide some Sinopec Grease free of charge with the clutch.

Bafang mid crank kit(BBS01, BBS02, BBS03/BBSHD) clutch replacement spare parts; the price includes two sets of thrust ball bearing(each bbs kit needs two sets of thrust ball bearings). There are also two axle retaining lock nuts(4 key slots, a thick one and a thinner one) to lock the thrust bearings in the bbs axle, if your lock nuts are broken, you can order them on our website as well. These are needed when replacing the clutch; if you need tools for replacing these washers and lock nuts, please order the bbs axleremover/spanner/wrench on our website.

One BBS motor needs two sets thrust ball bearings.

Bafang BBS brake, brake sensor or throttle extension cable. If you build an electric tri-cycle or cargo bike, this extension cable is a must because the original brake and throttle of the bbs kits are too short. The price is for one cable, if you need it for the brake, you may need to order two of this cable.

This wire is also suitable for Ultra M620 or Max drive M400 mid motor.

Bafang BBS01, BBS02, BBS03/BBSHD kit spare part: BBS PAS circuit with connector for replacement. It can plug into the BBS controller directly. If your kit cannot work with padel, but it can work with throttle, you can consider to replace the PAS circuit.   To remove or install the PAS magnet, you may need a special plier and you can order the tool on our website too.
