Bafang BBSHD kit with 48V hailong downtube battery with 30A BMS for high power electric fatbike or MTB conversion. If you need high power e-bike, this kit would be the best for you with good motor and good battery. The battery has an ON/OFF switch and A 5V USB output for portable device charging.
1. You can choose standard 48V hailong downtube battery for the kit; if you want the ebike to be more powerful, you can choose the 52V Jumbo shark battery for the BBSHD kit;
2. For charging of the battery: the charging port is 3pin Kanong(XLR) connector with pin1 +, pin 2-, pin 3 empty; if you prefer fast charging, please consider larger charging current for the charger;
3. The discharging port for the battery is 5pin golden round contacts connector;
4. The BBSHD kit is with the latest controller, we will set and solder the parts needed before shipment. You can use the kit and battery directly when you receive them;

The battery is made by Sanyo NCR18650GA, Panasonic NCR18650BD, Samsung INR18650 32E,LG INR18650 MJ1 or Samsung INR2170050E cells with an ON/OFF switch; Battery capacity LED for showing how much battery capacity left; Different chargers for option. 5pin golden round contacts connectors for 30A discharging; Mountings are included with the battery.
The case for 21700 cell is with 4 pin discharging connector while cases for 18650 cells is with 5 pin discharging connector.

The battery is made by NCR18650GA cells or NCR18650PF cells with an ON/OFF switch and A 5V USB output for portable device charging. Mounting foot is included.
1. The battery is built with 30A BMS which is demand for BBSHD kit.
2. The discharging connector for the battery is 6pin connector.
3. The charging port for the battery is 2.1DC(For charging current less than 4A) or 2.5DC connector. If you perfer fast charging, please consider larger charging current for the battery.

$619.00Bafang BBS02B kit 48V 500W/750W with 48V Jumbo shark new polly battery
Bafang BBS02B 48V 750W, 48V 500W with the newest controller(leads for shift sensor and 6V headlight direclty from the controller are available with our bbs kits) and 48V new polly Jumbo shark frame battery; the larger capacity the battery has, the longer distance the ebike can ride each charge, also 52V battery would enable the ebike to be more powerful then 48V battery.
Alluminum alloy charger 2A, 3A or 4A for your choice(larger current enables faster charging for the battery). We have different frame batteries, please check carefully before ordering. Free BBS assembling tools will be provided with shipment.
Note: 1. Our charging connector for the battery is round 5.5x2.1DC connector for charging current is less than 4A; and we use 5.5x2.5DC connector if charging current is 4A or larger.
2. If you prefer to charge the battery to 90% for daily usage, please inform us and we will set for you.
3. There are three casings for this battery, the mountings, the discharging prot and charging port are the same, only the height is different. Please pay attension to the dimension before ordering. The dimensions for the casings are 368 X 90 X 96mm(maximum 52pcs cells), 368 x 90 x 113mm(maximum 70pcs cells), and 368 x 90 x 140mm(maximum 91pcs cells).
