Bafang has upgraded BBSHD rotor and stator since April 2019. The new version stator and rotor cannot compatible with the old version rotor and stator.

The stators we have now are the new version, you may need to replace the rotor as well if old version stator is defective.

The stators for 100mm, 110mm, 120mm BBSHD kit are the same.

Replacing BBSHD stator is similar with BBS01/BBS02 stator:

Bafang BBS01/BBS02 finger freewheel/ pedal freewheel/pawl clutch for replacement.

If your Bafang BBS works normally by throttle, but bike pedals do not work and spin around freely, the pawl clutch of the bbs may be blown, and replacing the freewheel may solve the BBS problem.  The BBSHD pedal freewheel is different with BBS01/BBS02B pedal freewheel.

8FUN BBS01B/BBS02B/BBSHD controller rubber seal. This rubber seal can prevent water or sand coming into the motor. If you are going to replace the controller, the bbs controller rubber seal is needed.
