Bafang M500 G520 mid motor controller for replacement.

The controller is with CAN protocal.

All the M500 motors need to recalibrate after replacing the controller, which means you may need to have the besst tool and account, please note.

Bafang Original M600 M500 M510 M820 M410 M200 Speed sensor; there are two types speed sensor, one is with black connector which can plug directly to the motor; the other one is with blue connector and you need to use an adapter cable to connecting the speed sensor to the motor(the adapter cable can have headlight leads or shift sensor leads, if you want to connect a shift sensor and a head light for your bike, you can choose the speed sensor with blue connector and order the adapter cable separately on our website)

Speed sensor with blue connector has two types cable lengths: 40cm and 10cm, we normally ship by random, if you need specific cable length, please send us an email after placing the order.

The speed sensor with black connector is with about 30cm cable length.

Bafang M600 /M500 /M510 nylon gear with bearings for replacement.

Important note: M500 nylon gear is 32teeth, M600 nylon gear is 27 teeth; M510 is also 32 teeth. Please double check your M500 nylon gear teeth before ordering.

Alloy glossy frame or E10 carbon fibre frame with Bafang M510 /G521 mid motor kit. Some sizes for the frame are out of stock, please email us if you need the frame and motor, and we will check the availability of the frame.

The Bafang M510 motor is the upgrading version of Bafang M500 motor; M510 is lighter than M500 motors; Bafang M510 is stronger in torque compared to Bafang M500 motor.

The motor is with CAN protocol, please inform us the wheel size and speed you need, and we will set them for you before shipment.

The difference between DP C240, DP C241 or DP C245 display is the DP C241 and DP C245 display have a bluetooth function which can connect to the "Bafang Go" app from the mobile.

Note: There are two types of hangers for M500/M600 motors, the plastic guards are also different with different changers. If your bike is already with a hanger, please choose the matching plastic guard when placing the order. If you don't know which type your hanger/cradle is, please check the related pictures on our website.

Bafang M500 /G520 motor nylon gear for replacement.

The M500 nylon gear is 32 teeth while the M600 nylon gear is 27 teeth.

The outer diameter is about 45.5mm; the height is 20mm.

Gear sensor for Bafang BBS01B, BBS02B, BBSHD, M600, M500, M510 kits. If your bike has derailleurs system, you may need this shift sensor so that the bike can be shifting smoothly. If your bbs kit has no extra cable for connecting the shift sensor, you can order the Y cable for the gear sensor.

Bafang M600 / M500 motor gasket /sealing

When you open your Bafang M600 / M500 motor for greasing or replacing some parts, you may need a new gasket to seal the motor, to prevent water ingress. 

This gasket is not suitable for M510 motor, please note. If you do need a gasket for M510 motor, this one can slightly cut and roughly fit for the motor.
