Bafang M510 G522 torsion sensor for replacement.

There are two types of Bafang M510 torque sensors, one is for FC1.0 M510 motor and the other is for FC2.0 M510 motor, the torsion sensor model begins with "SR" is for FC1.0 and "GR" torque sensor is for FC2.0 motor. 

Currently our M510 torsion sensors are only for M510 FC1.0 motor, it will not fit for FC2.0 motor, please note.

Note: Replacing the torsion sensor, you will need to calibrate the M510 motor with the Besst tool, otherwise the motor will not work correctly.

If you don't know how to check your motor is FC1.0 or FC2.0, you can check the motor model mark on the motor cage, there will be "FC1.0" or "FC2.0" mark on the motor.

Bafang M620 M600 M500 M510 chainring spider BCD104;

If you install the BCD104 for M620, a 3mm thickness BB spacer would be needed.

E-bike 6V LED headlight suitable for Bafang BBS. Input: AC6V ; Cable length: 1.5M

Connector matching for Bafang BBS01/BBS02B controller's headlight plug, red wire for positive, blue wire for negative.

DPC18 display has a "headlight" button; for 965 and 961 display, press "+" button and hold for 3 seconds, the headlight will switch on/off.

If you use it for Ultra M620 mid motor, Bafang M400 motor, M420 or Bafang M300 motor, this 6V LED headlight will also be suitable for these mid drive motors. Please make sure you have the Bafang motor light connection cable.

Bafang Besst tool for Bafang motor calibration, speed setting, firmware refreshing.

Important note: The Bafang Besst tool needs Bafang's access account to log in, hence to calibrate or refreshing the Bafang products. If you don't have the account, please don't order this tool, otherwise this tool is useless.

Original Bafang M600 M510 M560 M630 M820 M620(CANbus), M400(CANbus), M410 motor display extension cable. 

This cable is suitable for all the Bafang CAN-bus display. 

Cable length: 200mm.

Bafang M600 M510 M500 etc CAN protocol motor programming cable for wheel size and speed limit lifted.

This probramming cable only set to 29" with 60KM/H,  27.5 with 60KM/H, 26" with 60km/h, 20" with 60km/h and 27.5" with 25km/h.

Other wheei sizes and speed cannot set.

1. Connect the battery to power on the motor, and connect the EB-BUS cable;

2. Connect the programming cable to the display and the EB-BUS display lead respectively;

3. Connect the programming cable to a 5V USB outlet for power(computer, battery 5V USB outlet or display's 5V USB outlet etc);

4. If the programming cable indicator lights up, that means the programming cable is connected successfully. If there is a 25 fault code after connecting, just press the module button to return to normal.

Introduction and operation of programming line buttons:

Press 1 time in a row: wheel diameter 29 inches 60KM/H -2330mm

Press 2 times in a row: wheel diameter 27.5 inches 60KM/H -2240mm

Press 3 times in a row: wheel diameter 26 inches 60KM/H -2100mm

Press 4 times in a row: wheel diameter 20 inches 60KM/H -1550mm

Press 5 times in a row: wheel diameter 27.5 inches 25KM/H -2240mm

If there is a 25 fault code after connecting, just press the module button to return to normal.

For some models, when the wheel diameter setting is switched, the wheel diameter size of the display screen does not change.

At this time, you need to exit the setting and return to the main page of the display screen to re-enter the setting.

Then you can see the wheel diameter you set.

Bafang M510 36V 43V 48V 250W controller for FC2.0 motor for replacement.

Important note: Your M510 motor needs re-calibration after replacing the controller, otherwise the motor would not work.
