E-bike battery case Hailong 02 or Hailong G80 for lithium battery pack. The new battery case has a 5V USB output for your mobile or ipad charging. It also has an ON/OFF switch. This case is designed for bicycle frame bottle cage posistion.  With the provided fixing plate, you can fix the battery on the bike frame. Some customers complain the discharging connector would be loosen easily; now this connector has been improved.

Hailong 02 case can max put 65pcs 18650 cells, and 21700 cells are not available for Hailong 02 case; if you need case for 21700 cells, Hailong G80 can build the 21700 battery packs, Hailong G80 case are the max cae of Hailong 02, they share the same key lock, the same discharging connector, the same charging connector and the same mounting. Hailong G80 can put 78pcs 18650 cells or 52pcs 21700 cells. The cell holders for 18650 cell and 21700 cell are different.

Battery attachment for downtube battery(HL-2 casing). If you are not sure which model your battery case belongs, you can check on our website which model is HL-2 battery case. 

There are two types of discharging connector: one is with 4pin blade contacts and the other is with 5pin round golden contacts. Please check your own battery discharging connector before placing the battery mounting.

For 4pin connector: we solder the positive and negative power cable according to the marks "+" and "-" on the connector housing, please check your battery body's postive and negative poles before connect the battery to the motor. 

For 5pin connector:  we solder the positive and negative power cable according to the marks "+" and "-" on the connector housing, leave the rest 3 small pins empty, please check your battery body's postive and negative poles before connect the battery to the motor.

Key lock for e-bike rear rack battery. We have two types key locks for rear rack battery: Internal key lock is installed inside the battery case which is also used for our rear rack battery packs; External key lock is installed outside of the battery case(fastened on the battery mounting plate), please check carefully before ordering.

E-bike power cord for connecting motor controller to ebike battery.

For connecting motor controller side, the connector could be DJ7031 connector(we no longer use it) , Φ4mm bullet connector(default power connector of our front or rear ebike controllers) or Φ5mm bullet connector(default power connector for Bafang BBS01/02 kit).

For connecting battery side, you can choose your demand connectors.

Currently, 90% front or rear brushless motor controller use Φ4mm bullet connectors for motor controller. You can check your own controller power connectors before ordering.

Default cable would be 14AWG.

If you need 12AWG wire for the power cable, please leave a message.

Headway cell 38120S holder, 38140S holder: one hole, two holes and three holes. 1H and 3H 38120 cell holders are in black color, and the 2H cell holder is in orange. By the way, the orange holder is about 2mm thinner than 1H and 3H cell holders, please be noted.

1H and 3H black cell holders are compatible; 2H orange cell holders are origincal headway cell holders which are not compatible with 1H/3H black cell holders.

Rear rack for e-bike rack battery.

This rack is only suitable for 26" bike with V-brake. It will not suitable for disc brake bike, please note.

Reention Dorado battery level PCB 36V 48V 52V for replacement.

48V Dorado battery for ebike,14AH, 17.5AH, 20AH, 21AH, or 24AH for your choice. If you want a longer mileage, you can choose the max capacity 24AH. If your motor is 1000W-1800W, then our Dorado battery will fit your ebike.

The mounting bases for the Dorado batteries are the same, if the length is the same, then you can choose this battery as a spare battery. There are only two lengths for the Dorado cases, L1=458mm or 390mm, some people would like to measure the longest part of the battery, and get 505mm or 440mm to check which model you need to choose. 

There is a 5V USB output for the Dorado case which you can charge your mobile; 

The charging connector will be 5.5x2.1DC or 5.5x2.5DC as default; if your original battery uses the 3 pin charging connector, you can choose the mini XLR 3 pin connector for the batteries; normally for plastic chargers or charging current less than 4A, the default charging connector is 5.5x 2.1DC;

For the discharging connector, the default connector is 2pin connector(female PLA0274 and male PLA0273); if your ebike runs larger current, it's better to use 6pin connectors(female PLA 0239 and male PLA 0238); Normally most of the e-bikes for power less than 750W will use 2 pin connectors. 48V 14AH /48V17.5AH Ebike in-tube battery(SYR case), There are two lengths for this case, the shorter case(L-=354mm) is for Aventon level replacement battery; The longer case(L1=442mm) is for other intube ebike battery, such as Markhor frame intube battery. 

If you are looking for Aventon level replacement battery, only the shorter case will fit and the shorter can can max build 48V14Ah battery, please note.

There are several similar cases with different sizes, please double check before ordering. If your case sizes are the same as ours, please double check the discharging connector because with the same sizes, there are two types of connectors, 4 pins connector and 6 pins connector, they are not compatible.  The mounting is included with the battery; Key lock is available to lock the battery on the battery mounting foot.

Charging voltage for the 48V battery is 54.6V; recommend to charge the battery with <5Amps.

48V 14AH Reention EEL battery for ebike. This battery is installed in the bike tube; there are 4 types of these cases with different length and width. Our battery case is with L1*L2 = 430 X 354mm, and with width*height being 64*94mm. Please measure your case's sizes before ordering the battery.  You can also check the picture on our website for the case.

NCM Moscow M3 Magnum Ebike Replacement Battery.

This battery can be the replacement battery for Ride1up Core-5 or Ride1up LMT'D ebike. 

Ebike fuel tank battery which is designed to install in the motorcycle fuel tank position. It can also be installed on the frame down-tube. 

48V 17.5AH intube battery for Dengfu Carbon fibre ebike frame.

The charging port is 5.5X2.1DC as default..

The battery itself has no ON/OFF switch. The original Dengfu frame(E10/ E22/ E23) has an ON/OFF switch and a charging port on the frame. Therefore if you are looking for the battery for the original Dengfu frame, this one can be plug and play.

Important: If your existing Dengfu frame has no ON/OFF switch and charging port on the frame, please advise us and will modify the connection of the battery socket specially. 

48V in-tube battery for ebike down tube frame.

There are several types this model battery cases with different sizes, the downtube for your bike is fixed, therefore the battery case is also fixed(cannot interchangeable with other cases), please double check before ordering. The in-tube battery here is suitable for this bike frame: e-MTB full suspension ebike frame for Bafang M510 M500 M600 or M620 motors.

If you choose the smart BMS for the battery, you can view battery parameter via mobile app. 

The charging connector will be 5.5x2.1DC or 5.5x2.5DC as default; if your original battery uses the 3 pin charging connector, you can choose the mini XLR 3 pin connector for the batteries; normally for plastic chargers or charging current less than 4A, the default charging connector is 5.5x 2.1DC;

 This battery can be used for Ride1UP Cafe Cruiser 700 SERIES electric bike or Himiway Zebra Zebra Step Thru ebike. The length for the battery with cover is 441mm, please measure your original case height and width before ordering.

Important note: The batteries are not compatible with different size. Therefore please make sure you choose the right size for your battery.

48V11.6AH, 14Ah, 14.5AH, 15AH, 16A, 16.75Ah, 17.5AH, 20AH etc. high capacity down tube battery for electric bikes. It could be a powerbank because it has a 5V USB port for mobile or ipad charging. It is high capacity and can run long distance per charge.  If you are running a Bafang BBS kit and want a high power battery, this one would be suitable for you.
