48V in-tube battery for ebike down tube frame.

There are several types this model battery cases with different sizes, the downtube for your bike is fixed, therefore the battery case is also fixed(cannot interchangeable with other cases), please double check before ordering. The in-tube battery here is suitable for this bike frame: e-MTB full suspension ebike frame for Bafang M510 M500 M600 or M620 motors.

If you choose the smart BMS for the battery, you can view battery parameter via mobile app. 

The charging connector will be 5.5x2.1DC or 5.5x2.5DC as default; if your original battery uses the 3 pin charging connector, you can choose the mini XLR 3 pin connector for the batteries; normally for plastic chargers or charging current less than 4A, the default charging connector is 5.5x 2.1DC;

 This battery can be used for Ride1UP Cafe Cruiser 700 SERIES electric bike or Himiway Zebra Zebra Step Thru ebike. The length for the battery with cover is 441mm, please measure your original case height and width before ordering.

Important note: The batteries are not compatible with different size. Therefore please make sure you choose the right size for your battery.

48V11.6AH, 14Ah, 14.5AH, 15AH, 16A, 16.75Ah, 17.5AH, 20AH etc. high capacity down tube battery for electric bikes. It could be a powerbank because it has a 5V USB port for mobile or ipad charging. It is high capacity and can run long distance per charge.  If you are running a Bafang BBS kit and want a high power battery, this one would be suitable for you. 

There are 3 types of discharging sockets for the Hailong battery, 4pin, 5pin and 6pin, you can choose the one you need. If you don't know what connectors they are, you can check from here: Hailong discharging connectors

48V Hailong 01 Hailong downtube battery, 12AH~14Ah for electric bikes. This battery is newly designed for bicycle frame bottle case posistion, made with Sanyo NCR18650GA, Samsung INR18650-32E, Samsung INR18650-35E, Samsung INR21700 50E or LG INR18650 MJ1 cells.

The mounting plate is included. 

Charging port is 2.1DC or 2.5DC port.

48V ebike tube battery, made by Samsung INR18650 35E or Panasonic NCR18650BD cell, or Taiwan Molicel INR18650 P26A.

If your motor is with 1500W or 2000W, then the Taiwan Molicel INR18650 P26A would be suitable for you because it has a high discharging rate; If you leave in a cold country and will use the bike in winter, then the Taiwan Molicel INR18650 P26A is also suitable for you because it can work under -40 degree. If you prefer the Samsung or Panasonic cells for your high power motorcycle, please choose higher AH for the battery, small AH with larger discharging current is not good for battery lifespam. 

We can build the batteries with your demand dimensions. You can have a rough size calculation according to single cell dimension: 18*65mm(Diameter * Height), 13S4P layout means 13*4=52pcs cells, 13S5P=65pcs cells etc. Leave some extra space for the cell holders and BMS(normally 80x60x12mm for small current, and 100 x 140x 15mm with larger current.).
