E-bike battery case Hailong 02 or Hailong G80 for lithium battery pack. The new battery case has a 5V USB output for your mobile or ipad charging. It also has an ON/OFF switch. This case is designed for bicycle frame bottle cage posistion.  With the provided fixing plate, you can fix the battery on the bike frame. Some customers complain the discharging connector would be loosen easily; now this connector has been improved.

Hailong 02 case can max put 65pcs 18650 cells, and 21700 cells are not available for Hailong 02 case; if you need case for 21700 cells, Hailong G80 can build the 21700 battery packs, Hailong G80 case are the max cae of Hailong 02, they share the same key lock, the same discharging connector, the same charging connector and the same mounting. Hailong G80 can put 78pcs 18650 cells or 52pcs 21700 cells. The cell holders for 18650 cell and 21700 cell are different.

Key lock for e-bike rear rack battery. We have two types key locks for rear rack battery: Internal key lock is installed inside the battery case which is also used for our rear rack battery packs; External key lock is installed outside of the battery case(fastened on the battery mounting plate), please check carefully before ordering.

E-bike power cord for connecting motor controller to ebike battery.

For connecting motor controller side, the connector could be DJ7031 connector(we no longer use it) , Φ4mm bullet connector(default power connector of our front or rear ebike controllers) or Φ5mm bullet connector(default power connector for Bafang BBS01/02 kit).

For connecting battery side, you can choose your demand connectors.

Currently, 90% front or rear brushless motor controller use Φ4mm bullet connectors for motor controller. You can check your own controller power connectors before ordering.

Default cable would be 14AWG.
