Bafang BBS01/BBS02 finger freewheel/ pedal freewheel/pawl clutch for replacement.

If your Bafang BBS works normally by throttle, but bike pedals do not work and spin around freely, the pawl clutch of the bbs may be blown, and replacing the freewheel may solve the BBS problem.  The BBSHD pedal freewheel is different with BBS01/BBS02B pedal freewheel.

8FUN BBS01/BBS02 axle/shaft rubber seal. 

Bafang 8FUN bbs01/ bbs02 motor rotor for replacement.  If your Bafang BBS kits starts making noise, you can open the bbs kit to check if the rotor is in good condition or not; the rotor shaft diameter is 8mm, if it wears down, the rotor will wobble and scrape the stator which causes the noise.

Note: The rotor cannot fit old version BBS kit; The old version bbs models are BBS01 and BBS02; the new version bbs models are BBS01B and BBS02B. You can find the model mark on the motor shell. The rotor is suitable for new version(BBS01B and BBS02B).

Bafang BBS01, BBS02, BBS03/BBSHD kit spare part: BBS PAS circuit with connector for replacement. It can plug into the BBS controller directly. If your kit cannot work with padel, but it can work with throttle, you can consider to replace the PAS circuit.   To remove or install the PAS magnet, you may need a special plier and you can order the tool on our website too.

Bafang  BBS01B or BBS02B controller 36V250W, 36V350W,  36V500W, 48V500W or 750W for replacement.  We provide controller rubber seal for BBS01B or BBS02B controllers freely.   The old version BBS controller is with "8FUN" logo, while the new version BBS controller is with "Bafang" logo. The controllers for the two versions are not compaatible. Controller screws will be provided freely withh the shipment.

If the controller you get has light cables, please double check the positive and negative cables before connecting to the 6V headlight;

Tail light: White and black --> Positive; Black--> Negative

Bafang BBS01B/BBS02B mid axle assembly/ large steel reduction gear, 8fun mid crank motor kit steel redunction gear set for replacement. The magnet disc held by a circlip is included with the gear set. The axle(68mm) is also included. It would be better to coat some grease when replacing the clutch. We will provide some Sinopec Grease free of charge with the clutch.

8FUN BBS01B/BBS02B nylon gear for replacement; For BBS kits, Bafang has  old and new version; You can check the model marks on your motor, BBS01 or BBS02 is the old version; BBS01B or BBD02B is the new version. We now only have nylon gear for new version, please be noted. Reduction nylon gear for BBSHD is also available.

Bafang mid crank kit(BBS01, BBS02, BBS03/BBSHD) clutch replacement spare parts; the price includes two sets of thrust ball bearing(each bbs kit needs two sets of thrust ball bearings). There are also two axle retaining lock nuts(4 key slots, a thick one and a thinner one) to lock the thrust bearings in the bbs axle, if your lock nuts are broken, you can order them on our website as well. These are needed when replacing the clutch; if you need tools for replacing these washers and lock nuts, please order the bbs axleremover/spanner/wrench on our website.

One BBS motor needs two sets thrust ball bearings.

Bafang provides two types pinion gears to us; we identify them by shaft diamter of the iron gear. The old version(BBS01/BBS02) is 10mm diameter for shaft and the new version(BBS01B/BBS02B) is 12mm diameter. Please check carefully when ordering the BBS spare parts.   Bafang no longer stock the 10mm pinion gear and we now only have the 12mm pinion gear available, please be noted. Bafang BBSHD iron pinion gear is also available now. We will provide grease with the pinion gear freely, It would be better to add some grease when replacing the new pinion gear.
