Bafang M510 G522 torsion sensor for replacement.

There are two types of Bafang M510 torque sensors, one is for FC1.0 M510 motor and the other is for FC2.0 M510 motor, the torsion sensor model begins with "SR" is for FC1.0 and "GR" torque sensor is for FC2.0 motor. 

Currently our M510 torsion sensors are only for M510 FC1.0 motor, it will not fit for FC2.0 motor, please note.

Note: Replacing the torsion sensor, you will need to calibrate the M510 motor with the Besst tool, otherwise the motor will not work correctly.

If you don't know how to check your motor is FC1.0 or FC2.0, you can check the motor model mark on the motor cage, there will be "FC1.0" or "FC2.0" mark on the motor.

Bafang Max drive M400 /G330 barebone motor.

If your motor is "old age" and defective, you can buy a new barebone motor to replace it.

The default protocol for our barebone M400 motor is UART, please note. 

How to check your max drive G330 motor is UART or CAN protocol? Check the original display connector, UART protocol is with round 5pin connector display which CAN protocol is with 5pin triangle connector display.

Jumbo shark casing battery connecotor: male and female. It has 5 blade contacts for the connector. There are two types of New Polly case connectors, one is with 5 blade contacts and the other is with 4 blade contacts; they are not compatible, please make sure you order the right connectors.

This 5pins connector is stuiable for the Jumbo shark case, if you are not sure it fits your case or not, please check the complete case dimension first.

This connector is suitable for Super73 R, RX and S2 series batteries. If you need a replacement battery for Super73 R, RX or S2, we can also provide it with larger WH.

Hailong case discharging connector 4 blade contacts, 5 round contacts or 6 round contacts, fit for Hailong 01, Hailong 02 or Hailong 03 casing battery.  Please note They are not suitable for Hailong 01 Pro battery; the hailong 01 Pro case use 5 blade contacts connector al though the housing is similar but not compatible.

There are 3 types of connectors for Hailong case, the outter dimensions are the same, only the contacts are different, one is with 4 blade contacts, one is with 5 golden round contacts and the rest is with 6 round coontacts. Please check your own Hailong connectors before placing the order.

Bafang BBSHD 48V 1000W Pedal assisting Magnet ring disc;

Note: This magnet ring is not suitable for BBS01 or BBS02 kit; it's only suitable for BBSHD kit.

Bafang M400 reduction gear for replacement; the Bafang max drive steel cover is included.

The item includes motor gasket, reduction gear and gear cover/motor casing as shown in the picture.

BBSHD controller  52V 28A or 48V 30A (the latest version); Bafang has upgraded the BBSHD motor; The 52V BBSHD controller cannot work for 48V HD motor now.  Please double check your system before ordering.

It has connection for gear sensor and 6V headlight. If you need a 6V headlight, please order on our website.

Bafang Max drive core, including Bafang M400 stator or rotor for replacement.

Bafang M400 motor core is easy to disassemble and replace.

The Bafang MAX drive M400 G330 motor core are sourced directly from Bafang.

If your motor is CAN protocol, this stator or motor core would not fit for your motor. 

How to check your motor is CAN or UART protocol? Please check from the M400 controller or the Bafang display connector;

The UART protocol controller will have a "U" mark on the controller, it's EB-BUS connector is with female connector and the display for the motor would be UART protocol with a 5 pin round connector.
If the display connector is with triangle connector, then it is with CAN protocol. The back of the display may also mark “CAN".

Replacing the CAN motor core, you may need to recalibrate the motor.
