36V 20A/25A 10S BMS/PCM for e-bike downtube batteries. This BMS is with small dimension(L80*W60*T10mm) with balance, ON/OFF switch, battery capacity LED and high temperature protection.

This battery management system(BMS) is suitable for most frame batteries, such as Hailong-02/03 casing battery, DA-5C Casing battery, DS-6 casing battery or new Polly DP-6 casing battery.

If your battery case has 5V USB output, you may also need to order a 5V PCB for your battery.

If your battery case does not have ON/OFF switch, please short circuit the ON/OFF switch wires when assemble the BMS to your pack.

The BMS has short circuit, overvoltage/undervoltage protection, over current protection etc.

COMMON port means charging and discharging use the same port.

Separate port means charging and discharging use separate port.

There balance LED on the BMS which you can check if the cells are in balance or not, or you can find the "defective" cells which are not in balance status.

The PCM is with blanace, standard UART COM, Short circuit protection, temperature(NTC) protection, overcharge protection, overdischarge protection, over current protection and under voltage protection etc.  Some Smart BMSs are available for RS232 and RS485 COM port, please email us if you need.

This smart BMS use the same COM for charging and discharging which means the max charging current could be larger. If you  need a battery charger for your diy packs, we also provide customized lihtium battery chargers.

48V 13S 40A BMS for Dorado batteries with small size, 60*32*10mm(L*W*T).

52V 14S 40A BMS for new polly /Dorado battery(Size: 63x 50 x 10mm);

There are several Dorado cases, this 48V mini BMS is only suitable for most of the Dorado batteries (ID-pro, ID-plus, ID-max and ID-21700 case etc). The BMS is with higher current which is suitable for BBSHD, BAFANG M620 Ultra motor etc.

This BMS has no ON/OFF switch, if you need a switch for your battery,  please order another BMS on our website.

Battery BMS 10S, 11S, 12S, 13S, 14S, 15S or 16S with 15A~30A continuous discharge current. This model BMS is available for LiFePO4 or Li-ion.

ON/OFF switch is available for this BMS. If your battery case has a switch, then you need a switch for the BMS too.

48V 13S 30A BMS battery with mini size; it is suitable for Dengfu E22 /E23 /E10 batteries and some of the Dorado batteries.

The BMS has ON/OFF switch if your battery has no switch, just short circuit the two switch wires.

This smart BMS use the same COM for charging and discharging which means the charging current can be equal to the discharging current(but we don't sugget to charge with large current because it is not good for the battery). About thickness of the BMS, if the BMS current is large, then it will be 17mm thickness; if the serial number and current is small, then it is 10mm thick.

BMS dimension: 60 x 140 x 10mm with current <50A; 102 x 150 x 17mm with current ≥60A.

If you are going to install the battery with casing which has an ON/OFF switch, then you may need the BMS to have a ON/OFF function leads for connecting to the case's switch. In this case, you can choose the ON/OFF switch for the BMS.

The Smart BMS has upgraded. It's compatible with UART COM and 485 COM.

Smart BMS for 20S, 21S, 22S, 23S, 24S, 25S, 26S, 27S, 28S, 29S, 30S LiFePO4 or Lithium-ion batteries. You can set the battery parameter with your computer or cell phone. The Android APP can slightly modify parameter for the BMS while the IOS APP can only read datas and cannot modify data from mobile. The max current can be 100A for this BMS.  By the way, please set the recycle capacity to be 80% of the rated capacity/actual capacity.
