E-bike power cord for connecting motor controller to ebike battery.

For connecting motor controller side, the connector could be DJ7031 connector(we no longer use it) , Φ4mm bullet connector(default power connector of our front or rear ebike controllers) or Φ5mm bullet connector(default power connector for Bafang BBS01/02 kit).

For connecting battery side, you can choose your demand connectors.

Currently, 90% front or rear brushless motor controller use Φ4mm bullet connectors for motor controller. You can check your own controller power connectors before ordering.

Default cable would be 14AWG.

If you need 12AWG wire for the power cable, please leave a message.

Ebike brushless hub motor spare parts, washers, nuts etc., end plastic cap, or Bafang rear hub motor freewheel spacer.

BBS01/BBS02 chainring spacer 1mm; to be used for BCD104, BCD110, BCD130 chainwheel spider.

Aluminum Spacer 1mm thick

Bafang BBS power cable for extension or conversion.

The connector can be BBS01/02 default bullet connector, BBSHD Anderson connector, Amass XT60 connector, Amass XT90 connector.

Cable length could be 10-100cm for your demand;

Wre: 12AWG black/red wire;

If your current Bafang motor and the battery are with different connector, then you may need a conversion cable.

If your ebike battery power cable is too short, then you may need a extension cable. 

Bafang BBS BB alloy spacer;

Inner diameter: 35mm

Outer diameter: 42mm

Thickness: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm etc

Gear sensor for Bafang BBS01B, BBS02B, BBSHD, M600, M500, M510 kits. If your bike has derailleurs system, you may need this shift sensor so that the bike can be shifting smoothly. If your bbs kit has no extra cable for connecting the shift sensor, you can order the Y cable for the gear sensor.

8FUN central motor kit hydraulic brake sensor. It includes a sensor and a magnet. It is easy to install, just fix the two parts on your original brake handle bar. The price is for one brake sensor, if you need a pair for your bike, please order two sensors.

This oil brake sensor is suitable for BBS01, BBS02, BBSHD, Ultra M620, Max drive M400 etc.

Bafang BBS gear sensor connecting Y cable. If BBS01/BBS02/BBSHD has no where to connect the shift sensor, then you can add a Y cable(1T2 cable) to connect to the original brake lever connection which enable your kit have an extra brake connection for the derailleur shift sensor.

Bafang BBS brake, brake sensor or throttle extension cable. If you build an electric tri-cycle or cargo bike, this extension cable is a must because the original brake and throttle of the bbs kits are too short. The price is for one cable, if you need it for the brake, you may need to order two of this cable.

This wire is also suitable for Ultra M620 or Max drive M400 mid motor.

Bafang BBS kit install tool;

Bafang BBS M33 Lockring and cover atightening spanner.

Wrench for 8FUN BBS M33 nut and cover.

C-type wrench for M33 lock ring and cover.

Material: Stainless steel.

Bolts for 8fun bbs01 or bbs02 chainring adapter. This bolt is also suitable for some mountain bike chainring. Please refer to our drawing and check the length you need before ordering.

Waterproof Brake sensor for bafang motor kits, BBS, M620, M500, M600, M400, M420 etc motors.

We only have black color brake sensors in stock now. 

The front sensor is 35cm length and rear sensor is 110cm length.

Gearing adapter for bafang mid crank kit bbs01 and bbs02. 32T-48T Chainring with 104mm BCD can be used for bafang bbs kits with this chain ring spider. 4 bolts are included.  The chain ring is not included, please be noted.

Chainring spider for bafang mid crank kit bbs01 and bbs02. 38T-55T Chainring with 130mm BCD can be used for bafang bbs kits with this chain ring spider. One spacer and 5 bolts are included.  The chain ring is not included, please be noted.

36V 250W brushless sine wave e-bike controller(CON611-A).

1. This controller is silent and compatible with hall sensor or sensorless motors;

2. It has head light or tail light leads enable you to connect a headlight and tail light for your electric bike;

3. If your bike is with hydraulic brake system, our CON611-A controller is compatible with oil brake sensor;

4. You can also connect the gear sensor to the brake sensor leads if you need the gear shifting fuction;

5. If you want to use pedal assisting sensor for this controller, only our 12 poles magent PAS(D12L) will work, this PAS is intergrated and designed for CON611-A controller and it is easy to install on the left side of the e-bike; the cable length for the 12 magnets PAS is 80cm; Other PAS may not fit for this controller, please note.

250W ebike brushless controller, 24V and 36V compatible, including LCD meter, 8 poles PAS and speed sensor.This controller reduces motor noise and you will feel the torque is stronger when changing the PAS level via the LCD panel. It is sine wave controller with torque simulation function. The controller is suitable for sensored motor only, please be noted. If you want a colorful display, you can choose LCD1, LCD3, LCD5, LCD6(coming soon),  LCD7U, LCD8S or LCD8H.  If you need LED meter, you can consider KT-890 LED or KT-900S LED meter.
