Bafang hub motor clutches for 8FUN BPM,CST, RM G07 /H610 /H620 etc motors. The clutch is with 42T nylon gears.

The clutch has two versions, the old version has 4 key slots and the new version has only one key slot, please check your own motor clutch before making the order. By the way, the new clutch can be used for both BPM motors or Bafang CST motors(produced after 2014).

The clutch includes gears. 

We stopped selling the old version BPM/CST/RM G070 motor clutch because according to a few customer's feedback, the old version clutch cannot fit their BPM/CST/H610/H620 hub motor.

We are currently selling 3 types of Bafang hub motor clutches. The difference for the three types clutch: BPM/CST/H610 clutch uses 42T nylon gear; SWXK/SWXH/RM G010 clutch uses small 36T nylon gear(we have this nylon gear available on our website); SWX02 clutch uses bigger 36T nylon gear(48mm in diameter, 14mm in thickness; we don't have this big 36T nylon gear available currently). The only difference for the two SWX02/RMG 06 fatbike motor clutches is the inner bearing of the nylon gear, theoretically, the two clutches are compatible with each other.

Some Bafang motors share the same motor clutch, therefore if you don't know what Bafang model your motor is, you can measure the dimension of your original clutch, if it is the same dimension as ours, then you can order it for your motor.

All our motor clutches are sourced directly from Bafang.

BBSHD 52V 1000W with 500C, DPC18, C961 or C965 LCD display, EB-BUS cable set, brake lever, speed sensor etc. The Bafang BBSHD is with high torque and easy assembling for electric bicycle conversion. The bbshd kit has a controller and PAS inside the motor. If your bike is fat bike, Bafang BBSHD would be the best choice for you. Installation tools will be provided for free with the bbs kit. The lead time is about a week, please be noted.

Bafang bbs kit 36V250W, 350W, 500W kit and 36V Hailong 01 Pro(G70)down tube frame battery; 120W, 180W  42V chargers for options. You can choose 500C, C961, DP C18 or C965 LCD display for the kit. Battery fixing plate is also included.  Bafang has upgraded bbs kits to be BBS01B and BBS02B, the new models are better in waterproofing. Installation spanner will be included for free.

Bafang bbs kit 36V 250W/350W/500W kit and 36V Hailong 01 casing down tube battery; 42V alloy charger for option. You can choose C961, DPC18 or C965 LCD display for the kit. Bafang has upgraded bbs kits to be BBS01B and BBS02B; the new models are better in waterproofing. The assembling tools are included: one M33 spanner and Allen key set free of charge.

8FUN/Bafang bbs02B kit 48V750W, 48V500W with 48V14AH Hailong 01 downtube battery. battery fixing plate are included.  Bafang has upgraded bbs kits to be BBS01B and bbs02B for better waterproofing. Installation tools are included with the shipment.

 If your needs longer cords for installing the BBS kit, we have BBS EB-BUS extension cord, speed sensor extension cable, LCD extension cable, brake/throttle extension cable as well.

Bafang bbs01B kit 36V250W kit and 36V11.6AH, 36V13.4AH, 36V16AH, 36V14.5AH or 36V16.75AH Atlas frame battery with 5V USB output on the battery, the larger capacity your battery has, the longer journey your bike can ride each charge; Different chargers for option. You can choose C961, DPC18 or C965 LCD, 500C display for the kit. 8FUN has upgraded bbs kits to be BBS01B and BBS02B for better waterproofing. All of our bbs kits are the latest versions. Installation tools are included.

8FUN/Bafang bbs02B kit 48V750W/500W and 48V12.8AH or 48V14AH Atlas frame battery with 5V USB output for mobile phone or ipad charging. Different chargers for optoin; battery fixing plate are included.  All of our bbs kits are the latest version now. Installing tools are provided with the kit for free.

IF you want a back up mounting for the battery, we can also provide it.

Bafang bbs01B 36V 250W/350W mid crank kit with 36V bottle battery. Chargers are optional with the kit. You can choose DPC18, C965 or C961 LCD meter for the kit. Bafang has upgraded bbs ktis to be bbs01b and bbs02b models for better water-resisting. All of our bbs kits instock is the newest version.

Installation tools will be provided free of charge.
